About us
Gamelan Dadali is the first Javanese gamelan group in Moscow Russia. It is established under patronage of the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow on July 21, 2017.
The name of the group was inspired by the javanese word Dadali which means garuda. Garuda is the symbol of the Indonesian state. The name Gamelan Dadali reflects an Indonesian cultural symbol in Moscow Russia.

We have more than 50 songs in our repertoar including classic and modern composition. We also play musical accompaniment to the Wayang Kulit shadow theater and classical Indonesian dance in collaboration with the Kirana Nusantara Dance Moscow dance ensemble.

Gamelan Dadali opens classes for everyone who are interested in learning how to play gamelan. Our rehearsals are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18:30 at the Indonesian Embassy, Novokusnetskaya 12 Street, Moscow.
